Trust and transparency

Data Independence Declaration

Enterprise AI Forge is independently developed and is designed to provide transparent, planning-grade decision support without relying on confidential employer or client data.

How the EAIF benchmark library is built

Enterprise AI Forge is independently developed. The benchmark library does not contain or use proprietary data belonging to any employer or client, including confidential cost, pricing, workforce or deal data.

Salary and delivery-cost assumptions are calibrated using publicly available market benchmarks and published compensation and reference sources, including Naukri CareerNavigator, AmbitionBox, Michael Page, Mercer, Hays and Robert Half.

These sources are combined with EAIF planning assumptions for statutory burden, facilities, technology, management and support, resilience, shrinkage and other delivery loadings.

Any Current Cost per FTE entered by a user is optional and specific to that assessment. It is not stored, added to the benchmark library or treated as an EAIF benchmark.

No proprietary data

No confidential employer or client cost, pricing, workforce or deal information is used to build the benchmark library.

Public-source calibration

Compensation and reference inputs are calibrated using publicly available market sources.

Case inputs stay separate

Optional Current Cost per FTE inputs remain case-specific and are not incorporated into EAIF benchmarks.

Planning-grade assumptions

EAIF outputs are intended to support early-stage business-case planning and executive decision-making. Results should be validated against organization-specific financial, operational, tax, legal and implementation requirements before an investment decision is made.
